Mark Crilley, the author of the mastering manga book series has a new book out very soon. This time he is focusing on chibis. To celebrate this Mark has used his youtube channel to show off one of the tutorials in this new book.
What I love about this tutorial is he could have easily just created a chibi base but instead Mark goes into how to draw the everything including the panda hoodie. This is all done in real time so in theory anyone can follow along and create something similar. The instructions are extreamly clear with Mark explaining the thought process of nearly every line.
This is a great promotion for the new book and I personally can’t wait till the release date of the 7th of March 2018. Mark Crilley will be doing an unboxing and a quick look through when he gets a copy. We will be sure to feature the video when it’s out.
